Gift Certificate Code Unconfirmed - show entered code

If a customer enters the wrong code or uses the gift certificate area with a coupon code it comes up as unconfirmed. It would be great to see what they entered so on the back end we can either enter it in the right field or so we can understand what went wrong without asking too many questions of the customer.

Coming back to this one, we still see this a lot from customers. I know we can now disable gift certificates on a webstore if there are none available but we are too old and have WAY too many gift certificates to make this an option for us right now. The gift certificate and coupon code box comes up on all sites and people enter a gift certificate in the coupon code box. We don't know what they enter so we don't know where it went wrong without reaching out to them. If we could see what they entered we could problem solve on our own.
