Multiple Choice Dropdown button

We would like to be able to select more than one choice in a dropdown list, with the ability to set or limit the number choices on a per product basis, and also change the uncharge amount or remove it. Many of our products can bypass the designer if the customer could make color choices, but currently we have to create a color list for each choice, and sometimes separate lists for chargeable and free choices.
