I totally agree with you, having customers are business only want to see the cost of the VAT element added at the end, business to end users get very frustrated seeing the VAT being added and we lose sales because of this, we have many abandoned carts as it puts customers off, they just want to see the end prices !!

What would be very useful, like a lot of other sites is the ability to simply turn on or off at store level to target the audience they work with in a better way.

This really needs doing. Our main site is business to business and needs to not show tax on the product pages, but my affiliate sites are business to customer and need to show the prices including taxes too. It's such a basic think that has been missed.

Totally Agree this needs doing asap, causes businesses so many problems when creating affiliate stores.

Please can this option be implemented ASAP. Causing big issues for us when we have a mix of B2B and B2C stores.

Deco being a flexible platform enabling the customer to supply a mix of B2B and B2C surely has to compliment this with the option to set taxes at store level?  Please can we have this feature asap?

in the meantime it would be good if next to the price it said either "Including Tax (or VAT)" or "Excluding VAT". At least the end user would know then. For some weird reason the Tax notice only shows up next to prices if we have the site set up to include taxes

We can't get the tax notice to show at all on any of our sites. Highly frustrating!

I spoke to them about that the other day. Apparently the tax notice only shows when you have selected the prices to be including tax, which is ridiculous.

    Hi Cristofer

Do you have a date as to when this feature will be added please so we can plan swapping all the sites to suit, will it be at store level ?

This is live now. I have just swapped my end user store over this morning and been and corrected all the pricing to suit. They so nearly got it right and I was excited for the change in allowing us to have different tax settings for different sites.

The issue I have and I'm not sure if we can do anything about it, is that the 'tax notice' appears on all products, even those that are tax exempt and it's confusing for the end user. Deco have put a * by the price if it has tax included in the price, but then for some reason the tax notice still appears for products that are tax exempt, which seems a bit daft. It does this on the product pages and also on the category pages (if you have them set to show the price)
I have added 'where applicable' to the tax notice, but how many end users are going to understand I'm not sure.
