Purchase orders- increase editable options

It would be helpful to have a move item feature like we have with order entry. Often, SKUs are separated on the PO, or sizes are out of order.

Also, it would be great to have the tax total section to be as dynamic as the shipping total section. We can set it up at the vendor level, but some vendors we pay taxes depending on where the items ship. So, we need to add that cost onto individual POs.

I'm not sure if Deco would be able to implement this, but in our previous order management system we could allocate item to orders within the PO. It would so helpful if we had that option. There are many times that we need to order items before we've completed order entry, and being able to allocate rather than adding to inventory would save a lot of time.
