Prove that Terms and Conditions and Returns Policy were Agreed to by Customer
Under ConsiderationWhen a customer goes through the checkout we require that they agree to the terms and conditions and returns policy, but there is no way for us to prove that the customer actually agreed.
It would be nice to have the ability to run a report (maybe just a column within the CSV report) or show in the History / Notes of an order that the customer did agree to the terms & policy.

Yes this feature would be great.
As a work around we have created a custom field that we assign to the products, so the customer has to tick this field before adding the product to the basket.
