Address Fields - Change State to County (for UK sites)

I have changed the address field from state to county, so when clients add their address or view it, it shows correctly, but the dropdown they choose from still says state. It makes clients question our locality to ensure they aren't ordering from the states. It should be a pretty simple bit of coding for you to change.
