Add Variable for Contract Price Level

As a DecoPro, I have a had a few inquiries for this. Particularly on the Order Template, displaying the Contact Price Level would be helpful for the following reasons:

• Confirms CS staff that the account is setup correctly for pricing
• For customers, can be used to confirm they are on special price level
• Can be used as marketing tool (ie: based on volume, customers will achieve special price levels, such as Bronze, Silver, Gold. The order form would confirm such level)
