I use a user Beaver Tracking tool to analyze user journeys and identify areas of difficulty. It's observed that nearly 100% of our embroidery customers attempt to resize the design but encounter challenges, unlike the straightforward process for printing products. Consequently, we receive only 1-2 embroidery orders per month, while we garner around 100 orders for printing.
I suggest that Deconetwork consider implementing a resizing option, and I have attached a screenshot showcasing the proposed placement around the product for your reference. This enhancement could significantly improve the user experience and potentially boost embroidery orders.
