Use vector artwork in store product designer

You can use a SVG file to mockup and quote a product in business hub. Can we get that functionality also in a stores product designer? 

I am setting up a store for a client I already have, but do not have an EMB file for him. Why can't I just upload his vector and have it work like in a quote screen?
