We need better synchronization with other software (API's)
Under ConsiderationWe all know that Deconetwork, for all its positives, has extremely limited Reporting, CRM, Marketing, and other functionality and that will likely not change anytime soon. However, these are significant pieces of the pie for us to be successful in our industry.
All these things and so much more can be done in third party software like Zoho and others. Deco network will always need to be our central data entry software because it is so industry specific and that's great. Deco is good at what it does. However, we need more APIs to get our important data to synch with other software that can utilize all that data in other ways. Most importantly, i would argue, is data regarding Customers, Companies, Orders and Quotes. We are currently allowed to synch customer data but only to Zoho (and it is limited default data, no customized fields). To the rest of the world we can only sync data via API's regarding orders, inventory, purchase orders, products, and you can sync to an external shopping cart. So basically its pointless to connect it to anything other than Zoho and a few other accounting software because there isn't even a customer API. Not to mention Zoho, a CRM at its core, can't even access your quotes to follow up on (explain that someone).
It is difficult and expensive enough to have a developer connect all those API's for you and build out those types of functionality. If we are willing to go to those lengths to achieve success, is it too much to ask Deco to at least make that important data available to us.

this has to be boosted up, I'm shocked there aren't more integrations

This is a very serious limitation, one that has me considering alternatives all the time. At the moment, I stay only because the effort to move would be huge.
