-when entering a Free Form product in Hub
Pop Up Should Have:
SKU/Product Number (field) - for PO
Supplier/Vendor (field - internal) - for PO
Description
Colour
Decoration
Qty
Price

(artwork file link would also be nice)

  And you can pick all the decoration options necessary for that item
  even without a photo or location reference 
  
  Since promo, discontinued items and items not loaded into Deconetwork are ready, this would be a game changer for on the fly items

  Yes you should be able to mark an item code and supplier so that you can send a PO. For example with the endless possibilities for promo items you can add an item on the fly and send a PO to someone like HIT, Debco or whoever we will never be able to add all of these items in properly.
