Estimated delivery date

In the checkout page, there is an option to show the calendar (as long as no rush option is configured). This calendar only shows the "ship by" date, which is the biggest confusion for customers.

Customers only want to know the estimated delivery dates and it will be a great help this is shown.

If a shipping method has a 5 days window, then the dates shown should be calculated as "ship by date + shipping method days"; both info are already available and shown on page. It just needs to be combined instead.
