Precise Sizing in Designer - On/Off Setting

Deco should allow precise sizing to be a granular ON/OFF option in settings, depending on the store’s desires. Sometimes its problematic to give precise sizing, othertimes is good. Ideally it would segment this option based on the format (embroidery, screen printing, sublimation, etc.)
