Automated billing after 30 days

Would like to offer a service where a card is registered, and billed automatically 30 days after the date of the invoice has been raised

Providing the customer with credit, whilst taking a pre payment (much like a hotel booking to authenticate the card), so the invoices are paid automatically on due date.
