Digitizing Fee & Extra Charge Discriptions

The auto applied digitizing fee should be linked to the description the admin sets up in the Extra Charges setup area so that the admin has control over the naming convention. As an admin I would like my customer to see EMB Setup Fee, so that when they see Digitizing Fee they do not assume they are paying for the digitized file. If auto application was tied to the Extra Charge setup, the admin could call it anything they wanted.

Additionally, it would be great is the description area content on the Extra Charges showed on the customer invoice/Quote/Order. That way they can better understand what the extra charge is for.
