Simplified Designer for Stores

Would be great to be able to have the designer setup so the customer can just simply choose between a few designs to add to the product without being able to use any other function. We have numerous stores set up that have multiple designs they use for left chest or full front and we have to duplicate decorated products for each design option rather than having 1 product with all the design options for the different locations. If we use the current designer, they alter the design and/or add text etc. which we don't want them to do.
