Ability to have an extra charge automatically tally from certain cells on a line item

We override our pricing for screen printing so we use extra charges for 2x and up pricing. I would love when i entered 10 items in a 2x cell on line 1, for the ability to link my 2x extra charge line item and have it automatically tally.
