Company unique invoicing email Adress

Hello. We need the contacts email Adress for the workaround, quotes and orders. But the Big Companies want that we send the invoice to a specific invoice inbox (example: invoice@ibm.com) . This is a very important option, because in Europe we are not sending the invoices to employes.. it must go direct to the account departement. Thanks for thinking about it.. for now we have to download the invoice manuali and send them per one by one by email to this special email.
