Managing order and Production Visibility

We need to be able to add additional Tabs in the order section, currently the three tabs open - closed and all - the orders naturally sit in open until they are paid, which is very confusing when wanting to see at a glance what live orders are still to be produced- there need to be a tab which as soon as the item is produced and shipped the order moves to "Produced awaiting pay, payment" I understand that filters are available however this is time consuming and not cost effective as the company grows
