Expanding Blank Product Filter Widget Functionality

The current of functionality of the blank product filter widget restricts its use to the Products page only.

We'd like to explore the possibility of enabling this widget on custom pages as well. This would provide greater flexibility in how we present product filtering options to users across the website.
