Minimum Shipping Fee

We like that you can choose a percentage or value for shipping costs, but this doesn't work for smaller orders for us. Let's say we have a $12 order of stuff and charge 10% for every customer, so for this order the shipping would only cost our customer $1.20 which does not even cover the cost of shipping for us. So what we really need is a percentage of each order WITH a minimum shipping fee. That way, we can correctly charge the minimum for smaller orders. For bigger orders, the % works fine, but with these smaller orders, we are losing money on shipping. So please make it so you can have the percentage and value amount like you do, but add a spot that we can create a minimum shipping fee on all orders.
