Please add permission feature for an account of the affiliate store

We need to grant permissions for the affiliate site's account. They don't want to have too much interaction within their view because they know nothing about web configuration and also want to avoid the risk of unintentionally changing already-set details. They just want to see the dashboard and their commission.

    this is a great request
    - let us make an account and change it as roles/people change (or this can be done as a daily, weekly, monthly report emailed out)

    - Outside admin can see 
    Dashboard
    Orders (and progress start to finish, including ship with tracking numbers)
    Customers **
    Commission **
    (** they can download a CSV report)

    Let them edit - Marketing and Sales Tools
     - Mail Chimp Integration (they can their own code to manage their own marketing)
     - Gift Certificates (yes or no)
     - Make Coupon Codes so they can promote the store and increase sales

    this would save so much time from schools, teachers, businesses who ask for updates, they can go and see their progress and stats
