Inventory Pull Sheet. (Batch for Business Hub)
Under ConsiderationHi
We have an warehouse with stock products that we use for orders.
1) Having custom items and marked stock, with inventory is great
2) Automatically Allocating product is good
We have an issue with how the production status shows the items marked.
The Pull Sheet, and the Purchase Order System
A) Stock Items automatically are marked with the Green checkmark Box in the production Tab
- That should not happen / Suggest it be the Red with the [–}
- then you know like a regular product that there is a shortage of stock
- Suggest. Green. {–} box - that all product was in stock - and allocated
- Suggest Green Checkmark Box once stock has been confirmed pulled and ready for production
B) Since stock items do not show on the purchaser order, there is no way to see what stock items need to be pulled
- suggest a Consolidated STOCK PULL SHEET
- then staff can pull one daily sheet - see all orders, and pull stock accordingly
- Staff can then use a similar saved PO - to record stock has been pulled for the order - and mark the production card accurately
Currently the order is in the production queue ready to go (but no stock is ready for staff) so the order sits and waits
- it is not time efficient, and staff should not have to find each individual order to get stock pull sheets one by one
This would help visually see the actual production process in the production tabs (Red / Green boxes)
A Daily pull sheet would help staff get all the stock orders once - very quicly and easily
the can confirm that the stock has been pull and ready to go with the print, dtf or emboridery workflow.
