Provide a built-in toggle to remove an underbase directly in the quote editor or the designer.

Some prints, even though they are on dark garments, do not need an underbase, such as a red hoodie with black ink or a tone-on-tone print. Is there a way to remove the underbase? This functionality should be available when editing the quote, on the designer.
