Need to be able to add the same contact for multiple companies
Under ConsiderationThe system need to allow us to add the same contact for multiple companies, We have a number of companies which are different trading entity's but the accounts are all managed through a central accounts department.
I have personally requested this numerous times in the past twelve months because this is the profile of company we are specifically targeting and I can see this has been requested has been made numerous times over the past 7 years.
What actually needs to happen for a very basic request like this to be implemented? i.e what is the process, how are these requested investigated and how are the decisions made?
The support side of the business feels very generic and the stock answer tends to be " the computer says no" Deco is a very good system on the whole however, some of these simple requests are very basic and readily available as standard on similar systems

I have been asked for almost the identical request from a customer this morning. to me this is a basic request and the way most companies are set up nowadays, with central procurement and accounts is an absolute no brainer, the whole idea of deco is to streamline the process and this is just such a simple, obvious request - please implement

As a new sales and business development manager, having the ability to do this is critical, at the moment we have to remember to tell our accounts to send the invoices manually, its an added process which is so easy to sort with a simple change

I WORK IN THE ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT AND THI SIS THE ONE MAIN FRUSTRATION WITH THE SYSTEM, HAVING TO GO IN AND MANUALLY SEND EMAILS, TO MAKE SURE THEY HAVE GONE TO THE CORRECT CONTACT, PLEASE ADD THIS AS A FEATURE IT WILL LITTERALLY SAVE ME AGES, IT SEEMS SO OBVIOUS AND ANY ACCOUNTS I HAVE EVERY WORKED IN PREVIOUSLY I HAVE NEVER HAD TO MANUALLY DO THIS

What is looking like our largest customer that is coming onboard has asked for exactly the same as the above. This seems a pretty simple request and whilst Deco does a lot of this that are automated and make the customer experience enjoyable to use they don't do something like this? It doesn't make sense..

I have just come off a call to "potential" new client and after understanding how their internal process works can see this will be another client where this feature will be beneficial
