Adding a seperate Tab called Messages or emails in Bussineshub for Open Reply's (Emails)
Under ConsiderationCould you add a separate tab in Sales & Service for the emails that customers reply to? Sometimes we have many orders, and not all customer responses are seen by all colleagues. It would be really helpful to see unread messages in the system in a separate tab for support. This would greatly help in seeing which customer replies have already been answered.
