Make size selection button versus quantity chosen by site not all sites

Currently, you can only choose to use a button for selecting a size to add to cart for all sites or no sites which then defaults to adding a quantity to each size.  This means your business can only sell on Deco for B2C or B2B not both.  My assumption is that 80% or more of Deco Clients sell both B2C and B2B and would build there stores differently each time if possible.

    The feature request would be to make the button fuctionality for the size selection part of the websites to be turned on or off per site not for all sites.

    Or at least give us access to the code so this can be modified per site -  I don't think it is accessible.
