Rush Oder

Hi there, 

I understand that there is an option for a rush order, but it currently applies to the entire store. Would it be possible to modify this so that the rush fee can be applied to specific products? For instance, my store offers 1000 products, but I would like the rush fee to apply only to 30 selected items.
