Disable Payment sync toggle with the Deconetworks Quickbooks integration
Under ConsiderationSummary: We are experiencing issues with duplicate payments being synced from DecoNetwork to QuickBooks. This occurs because both DecoNetwork and QuickBooks are adding payments, causing discrepancies. Currently, DecoNetwork automatically adds payments, but we would prefer the option to disable DecoNetwork’s payment syncing feature to avoid these duplicates.
Issue: When QuickBooks is linked to the bank account, transactions are automatically added. However, DecoNetwork also adds its own payments, which are not matched correctly to the real payments, leading to duplicates in QuickBooks.
Request: We would like the ability to disable the payment syncing feature in DecoNetwork, allowing QuickBooks to handle payments independently without interference from DecoNetwork. This would prevent duplicate payments from being synced and help streamline our accounting process.
Current Workaround: At present, we manually delete duplicate payments in QuickBooks, but this process is inefficient and prone to error. We request a more seamless solution to prevent these duplicates from being added in the first place.
