Commission - Sales Rep

When making a sales person - there should be a function to have SALES COMMISSION button (on/off) and enter a RATE %. that can be calculated - based on the order sales or margin (depending on the company)
A report can be pulled (by date / range) that is calculated by pre-tax/shipping - since state/provinces have variable tax rates)

Then managers and sales reps who receive commission will know where the payout should be. When a statement was made, and a pay out was done, to reset the month or quarter depending on their schedule.

Really good for companies who have outside sales members who get commission on sales, vs salary staff
