Automatically enable new product colours

Currently, if a product has new colours introduced, these new colours are turned off by default (even though Deco has pulled through the SKU and product images from suppliers).

The catalogue team say "This is intentional, to allow administrators to review and configure new product variations before the become available to customers". Whilst I do understand that not everyone may want new colours automatically available, it would be nice to have an option to either have them automatically update or not. Or at the very least, just available in Business Hub.  

We currently have to manually go into each item and turn on these new colours to be able to use them, which can be quite time consuming.
