Bulk Gift Certificate - Need more data to upload

Why is there not a CSV Template, that has a column for each that can be uploaded?
- that exactly matches the data required for manual/individual creation of codes
- you are collecting it anyway - have it match


From (Automatic - whomever is the store order)
Code (custom or blank, then deconetwork automatically generates)

Name of recipient

Email (mandatory field that is used to email the code to user, and includes the website URL)

Value
Expiry Date (match format within Deconetwork)
Store URL

This should be a function that doesn't need to be voted on - JUST DO IT
