'Edit' in a Shopping Cart

When a customer has items in a shopping cart, they can 'Edit' or 'Remove' them.  'to a normal customer looking at a shopping cart, 'edit' means change the quantity, not edit the decorations on it.  That should be what 'edit' does and the ability to edit the decoration (what it does now) should be titled something else and should be unavailable if we have disabled the Designer.
