More product catalogue offerings for Australian customers
Under ConsiderationA core feature of DN is supplier product catalogues being in the system. This is not the case for Australian and New Zealand customers. There is a handful of products for AS Colour and a few more for Gildan & JB. However they are mostly out of date (incorrect pricing, missing colours, discontinued etc) and trying to update them yourself is a painfully slow process.
My team and I have spent days trying to upload products themselves, with Deco Experts on hand to help. We have have experienced frustrating issues at each turn. The amount of support tickets raised and emails sent is ridiculous. It shouldn't have to be this hard when the platform is sold and marketed as having the products on board already!
I request that Deco spend some time and resources uploading the core products and essential offerings for Australia & New Zealand and put this issue to bed once and for all.

Absolutely agree Jim. Deco needs to integrate Biz Collection, Aussie Pacific and Ramo as examples urgently. This shouldn't even be a question of if but when. This would encourage more Australian and New Zealand customers to sign up to use Deco Network. Hurry up please!

We agree 100% this is a real big issue for Australians. I can't stress this enough! feels like we're left so far behind.
