Customizable Order and Quote Layout

I know this has been brought up in the past but without using HTML, there is no way to really customize the layout and info on the order/quotes. Would be great to have a section dedicated to this where you can toggle thing on and off and move things around. They are pretty clunky right now and would love to be able to make proofs bigger and remove stuff without messing with HTML as that changes when updates happen.
