Next price tier saving shown in cart

A helpful sales tool would be if the savings for the next price tier were shown in the cart before checkout. A customer could be easily persuaded to order a few more shirts if they know they are going to save "x" amount per shirt if they hit the next price bracket. There is currently no way to inform the customer of this information until after the order has been submitted.
