A lot of shops use team messaging software like Trello or Slack for organized communication between departments. We have "Internal Notes" in business hub for orders, but it would be nice if it could be taken a few steps further.
I could see team messaging working in several different ways SO PLEASE SHARE FEEDBACK ON HOW YOU THINK THIS SHOULD WORK
One idea would be to have Each Section of business hub include Folders/Threads that can be customized as far as the name, who can view the thread, and ability to upload files.
Production and Sales & Service Can talk with one another
Customers = Emails & Messaging with Customers
