Order Produced Email Act More Like Order Shipped Email For Customer Pick Ups
Under ConsiderationWe can create a "Customer Pick Up" shipping option and then create a custom Email Template to be used to notify the customer as to when and where they can pick up their order. The problem is that the notification comes after the order has been marked as shipped, when it really hasn't. This means the order works it way into the "Completed Orders / Shipments", but still is not in the customer's hands.
When an order is marked as complete the customer should get an email saying it can be picked up and remains in the shipping queue until the order has been picked up and then updated to shipped / complete.

This option is very important to us. We have a lot of customers who pick up their orders.
