Request Proof & Price Option Instead of "Checkout"

Custom screen print and embroidery orders are simply hard to complete through the website because of the value of the order and the fact that since it is custom, the customer needs to verify that everyone is on the same page.

The "Quote Only" option is a step in the right direction, but not a perfect solution as

1. Prices are not displayed

2. Some customer still want to make a purchase for like a DTG order, but want a quote & proof for embroidery

So on top of "Add to Cart" we need another button for "Request Final Proof & Price", which then submits a quote similar to how the Request a Quote form works. The request a quote form is for only 1 product, which is not always optimal so having the ability wherever a customer can "Add to Cart" would really help.
