Display custom field alert even when not fields is not required
Under ConsiderationCurrently custom fields are not always obvious to customers. Requiring a response for a custom field creates a popup which helps customers know that they have additional options, but some custom fields should not require a response, but should still generate a popup to make sure the customer sees the options.
Popup on Cart Page
On the Cart Page before the customer goes to the Billing Information - any products in the order that contains custom fields should generate a popup to make sure one last time that the customer is happy with their order.
