Ability to Fully Personalize Embroidery Designs

At the moment embroidery artwork does not have the same "Personalization" capabilities as print artwork. 

The primary difference is the ability to change colors. So on top of being able to replace an embroidery design it would be nice if a customer could change the thread colors (without using colorways that have to be pre-uploaded).
