We would benefit hugely from being able to discount print pricing separately to blanks. We keep blanks at set pricing, but customers have reduced print costs based on their monthly spend, so the ability to set the customer account discount and apply to only decoration would save us a lot of time and hassle. Or, another way to do it would be to be able to appoint different price lists to different customers, rather than having one price list default to everyone.

  Hey Alex, our next update 8.504 has a feature which I think does what you are after called contract price levels which allows you to define different prices for products, decoration methods etc and then assign specific webstores or customers to one of the configured price levels. The feature is available on the Enterprise plan only.
