    Yes! I ran into this yesterday. It does work to give a refund, but that doesn't seem like how it should work.

    @tina B  two in one day :)  i also ran into this yesterday. i used the refund feature but that messes up accounting :(  

    hoping to get enough votes YES so they add on the feature.

    Agreed.  It would be nice to have an option to void or delete a payment.

    I think Im about to find out you cant void or remove a "credit" either, hoping I can.. waiting to hear back on a ticket.

    But from the sound of not being able to void a payment, Im assuming you cant void or reverse credits.

    YES! I thought that was a simple feature but turns out it isn't available and I thought moving payments or crediting payments to other orders would be possible.

    Such a simple thing, not sure why this is not an option.There are always security things you can put in place for this type of transaction, one being only management can do this.   But there have been several things that I don't know why we can't do:  1.  cannot post a payment that will leave a credit on the account for future use. Post one payment to an account and choose either an order we are working on and one that is completed, but we have to do 2 payments with the same check # and then try to balance.  3.  Banking report only includes cash and checks why does it not include credit cards and other forms of payment?  How are we supposed to balance to our bank account.  Need to check out ShopVox they had this all figured out!
