Indication that a quote has been delivered/opened
CompletedI would like to see a feature which shows when a quote has been opened/delivered to clients. We have lots of quotes go out which clients miss as they are in their spam/junk folders or the email address has been mistyped.
This is a function which works well in sage one and I’m sure it could be done in DecoNetwork.
Even better would be the addition on a email notification If the quote hasn’t been hasn’t been opened after a certain period time period.
