Record Waste

The Record Waste feature needs an update.  I would like to see an option to allow the item to not be replaced.  We have many customers that may order random sizes for sale.  I can ruin a piece and ship the order short without having to replace the piece(s).  The current system doesn't allow you to not purchase a replacement.
