Order Number / Customer Name View Edit Needed

Hello,  I'm suggesting a tweak to the order in which the order number is displayed.  I feel that it is a slightly laid out incorrectly.  I would love to see the Order Name instead of the order number.  It is much easier to refer to a job by it's name rather than the order number.  I propose just changing the order in which they are displayed.  Display the order name before the order number as described in my attached pic.  Even more so, in the hover, it lists the customer name.  I work in sales and cannot remember all customer names.  Many times, I'll have to go into the order just to see who the order is for.  Please Vote and share your thoughts.
