Display Text Over Videos / Make Videos Able to Act as Backgrounds

A lot of nice websites have a video playing at the top of the website and we can do this currently in DecoNetwork, but also need the ability to add at minimum text, even better would be the ability to add any type of widget. 

We can't overlay a widget over a widget and to get around that we often have to make images a background. 

It would be nice if videos could act as a background like an image or at minimum, display text over the video like the image widget currently can.
