Manual Batch Store

Create the option to add a manual store in business hub. This will allow us to better track stores that are not hosted on the Deco platform. It would also be extremely beneficial to add products (orders) into this "manual batch store" and it can then go through the purchasing/production process. This would also be a great start for a Deco/Shopify integration in the future as you could map the stores products w/ products in Deco. Since Shopify for example already has a Shipstation Integration, you should also be able to toggle the Shipstation Integration with Deco. Clearly at first you would just type in the URL for the store, etc. Even if it is just a view for reference. Currently we do this in Google Sheets to keep track of all the stores we have and the links to them as we use Deco, OrderMyGear and Shopify.
