Would like to add more information on New Customer Page

When adding a new customer, I would like to be able to have more information in that screen so when building a quote it is 1 step rather than having to go back into their account to make these changes.

A few options:

What webstore they are associated with

Default shipping options for that customer

Default Terms for that customer

Customer notes
