Customer Profile Design Layouts Not Showing in Customer Profile if Created in Business Hub
Under ConsiderationAt the moment a customer cannot easily place a new order using a layout/line that the fulfillment center created in Business Hub (only possible through placing a re-order).
If we create a order for a customer in Business Hub the product line does not get added to the "Layouts" section of the customer profile, but if the customer does it on the website it is added. We need line items to be added to the customer profile - layouts so the customer can select it from their customer account to put together an order.

Hey Zach, this is not likely. Saved layouts are temporary whereas order line items are kept indefinitely. As you mentioned it is already possible for a customer to view order line items and add those to their shopping cart from the customer account area using the reorder feature.

But, a lot of orders are first created in Business Hub and then re-orders are often created by the customer in their account profile. If they want to re-order a line from a previous order and add another line from a different previous order the cannot, and are back to asking for the shop to do the work for them.
The customer needs to be able to put together a new order using previously ordered lines like we can in Business Hub or they will always rely on the fulfillment center to do so for them.
Re-orders from a customer standpoint only make it is easy to order what was already on that order, not merge parts of previous orders to place a new re-order.
